Nanette’s Women’s March is Nominated for an Emmy

Well, it’s official, Nanette Burstein has received yet another Emmy nomination.

The 69th annual Emmy Nominations were announced today and right there in the category of Outstanding Commercial was Why I March for the Women’s March on Washington. If you’ve already seen the spot, this nod should come as no surprise. More than a television commercial, “Why I March” is a call to action. A reminder that women’s rights have come a long way but still have so much further to go. It’s an anthem, a mission statement, and a message. It is all of these things and now it’s Emmy Nominated as well.

Congratulations to Nanette as well as her entirely female production crew.
