Dan Opsal is an Emmy-nominated sketch writer/director known for his work at The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon where, for more than five years, he directed every pre-taped sketch the show produced. During this time, he also wrote, directed, and produced the award-winning web series, Sugarboy. Dan’s commercial work includes campaigns for GEICO, Intel, Netflix, Capital One, and Verizon. He has enjoyed working with A-List celebrities like Kevin Bacon and every degree thereof, including Jeff Goldblum, Brad Pitt, Justin Timberlake, Amy Adams, Ryan Reynolds, Adam Devine, Peyton Manning, John Travolta, Tina Fey, and even Michelle Obama.

Dan is an Iowa-born Corn Boy. He loves pancakes and sharks. Just not at the same time.
