ABOUT hungryman
hungryman is a global production powerhouse with offices in London, New York, Los Angeles and São Paulo.
hungryman was founded in 1997 on the belief that if you make great work,
everything else will fall into place. Nearly three decades later, that ethos
continues to guide everything we do.
Known for pairing high-end craft with a distinctive point of view, hungryman’s
work spans blockbuster spectacle, sharp comedy, and emotionally driven
storytelling. In 2026, hungryman was named the #4 production company on
Ad Age’s Production A-List, which noted that our slate “featured a multiverse
of tones and themes, with directors bouncing from blockbuster parody to
deadpan character comedy.”
That range is reflected in the work itself. Over the past year, hungryman earned
two Emmy nominations for Outstanding Commercial while continuing to make
its mark on the Super Bowl, with five spots ranking among the year’s most
celebrated campaigns.
Beyond commercial work, hungryman’s advocacy arm continues to expand
the role of storytelling in culture. Across its two ResistDance films and live
performances, the large-scale dance protest project generated more than 100
million views, reached 1.5 billion people across nearly 100 countries, and was
featured by outlets including CNN, The Washington Post, and even Fox News.
At the same time, hungryman’s growing entertainment division is developing
a slate of films, documentaries, and stage projects. This includes Fyre Fest:
The Musical, written and directed by Bryan Buckley and produced alongside
Taika Waititi, signaling the company’s continued expansion into long-form
storytelling.
Whether in advertising, film, live performance, or cultural initiatives, hungryman
remains committed to championing visionary directors.
