hungryman was founded in 1997 around a pretty simple idea: make great work and everything else will follow. Nearly 30 years later, we’re still at it — making everything from big, ridiculous spectacle to sharp comedy to work that tackles the bigger issues. Along the way, we’ve picked up several Emmys, two Academy Award nominations, and top honors from Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, and just about every other major festival in the business. Most recently, Ad Age named hungryman the #4 production company on its 2026 Production A-List, following a year with two Emmy nominations and several of the year’s most celebrated Super Bowl spots.

These days, we’re making a lot more than commercials. Hungryman Entertainment currently has three documentaries making their way through the festival circuit, alongside a growing slate of film, documentary, and theater projects that includes co-producing Titanique, which earned a Tony nomination for Best Musical, and the in-development Fyre Fest: The Musical. Our activism arm, First Amendment Troop, has used film and live performance as a form of public protest — most notably with ResistDance, an ongoing series of artistic protests that has reached more than 1.5 billion people and was featured in The Washington Post and on CNN.
