Ben Callner joined Hungry Man Productions fresh off his award-winning short film Adman, the story of one couple’s relationship from start to finish through a seamless series of commercials and advertisements.
Previously, Callner had been honored with the Young Director Award at Cannes and was featured in SHOOT’s New Directors Showcase. His “Goat 4 Sale” spot for Doritos was ranked #1 in Nielsen's ratings for both Most Likeable and Most Memorable Super Bowl XLVII commercials.
Since joining Hungry Man, Ben has worked with some of the biggest brands in the world - Volkswagen, Verizon, Geico, Miller Lite, Doritos, and Walmart - and he’s seen his work featured in Adweek, SHOOT, Fast Company, Business Insider, USA Today, Mashable, and on the cover of LA Times.
In 2025, Ben picked up two Bronze Clio Awards— one for JIF’s “Save the Celery” and another for NYAF’s “No BS Allowed”—further proof of his knack for crafting character-driven comedy that resonates.
